Beijing Energy’s Subsidiary Signs RMB300M Lease Deal

Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. (HK:0686) has released an update.

Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd.’s subsidiary Xintong Wind Power has signed a finance lease agreement with State Grid Leasing for RMB300 million, with the lease term set for 12 months. The deal involves State Grid Leasing purchasing and subsequently leasing back the assets to Xintong Wind Power, with the total lease amount being approximately RMB309.3 million. At the lease’s end, Xintong Wind Power will regain the legal title to the leased assets for a nominal fee, marking a strategic financial move for the company.
