Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. has announced further delays in dispatching details regarding three significant ventures: the acquisition of a 42.01% equity interest in a target company, another major company acquisition through a scheme of arrangement, and an EPC contract for a 125MW wind power project in Tianjin. Originally slated for release by 31 May 2024, the comprehensive circulars for these transactions are now expected to be distributed by 31 July 2024, as the company requires additional time to finalize the necessary information.
