Basin Energy Limited has announced the departure of director Peter Bird effective as of August 23, 2024, as reported in the Final Director’s Interest Notice. Bird holds 1,201,499 shares and 1,000,000 options in Basin Energy, exercisable at 25 cents until September 23, 2025. The notice also confirms that there are no relevant interests in securities where Bird is not the registered holder, nor any interests in contracts to be declared.
