Bancolombia Issues $800M Subordinated Notes

Bancolombia (CIB) has released an update.

Bancolombia S.A., a major Colombian banking institution, has entered into an underwriting agreement to issue $800 million in 8.625% Subordinated Notes due in 2034, collaborating with top financial firms BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, and J.P. Morgan Securities. The offering, which will not be publicly available in Colombia, is part of a registration statement that falls under the Securities Act of 1933. The Notes, priced at 99.620% of their principal amount, will be delivered through The Depository Trust Company against a cash payment.
