Bancolombia (CIB) has released an update.
Bancolombia has announced a significant revision to its Bylaws following an extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, where the amendments aimed at enhancing the company’s corporate governance were approved. These changes, which include updates to articles 47 and 54 and the introduction of article 95, are now in effect. The company has confirmed the successful completion of all necessary procedures for the amendments.
