Banco Macro (BMA) has released an update.
Banco Macro has announced a change in its board of directors, with Mr. Guido Agustín Gallino stepping in as the new Regular Director following the resignation of Mr. Juan Facundo Etchenique. Gallino will serve in this position until the next general shareholders’ meeting, as per the bank’s bylaws. This leadership transition is reported in compliance with regulatory requirements to the Comisión Nacional de Valores, Argentina’s Securities Exchange Commission.
