Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 50,000 of its own shares at 92.08p each on August 8, 2024, which will be held in Treasury, resulting in a new Treasury holding of 49,095,411 shares. This transaction changes the shares in issue to 353,348,279, a figure important for shareholders in relation to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
