Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 75,000 of its own shares, which will be held in Treasury, at a price of 92.40p per share. After this purchase, the total number of shares held in Treasury by the company now stands at 49,810,411. This buyback may affect shareholders’ calculations for disclosing their stake in the company, based on the remaining 352,633,279 shares in issue.
