Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC has bought back 100,000 of its own shares at 95.30p each, to be held in treasury, resulting in a total of 49,020,411 treasury shares. Post-purchase, the remaining shares in issue total 353,423,279, which shareholders can use as a reference for mandatory disclosures under financial regulations.
