Baillie Gifford European Growth Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 25,000 of its own shares at a price of 92.20p each, which will be held in Treasury. After this purchase, the total number of shares in Treasury stands at 49,045,411. Shareholders can use the remaining 353,398,279 shares in issue, excluding those in Treasury, to assess their notification requirements under the FCA’s rules.
