BAIC Motor Corporation Limited has announced its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for June 24, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions, including financial reports and profit distribution for 2023, as well as reappointments of auditors and issuance mandates for bonds and shares. Shareholders must register by June 18 to attend and vote, with transfer documents due by specified deadlines to be eligible for the proposed final dividend. Proxy voting is available for those unable to attend, with submissions required 24 hours before the AGM.
