BAIC Motor (HK:1958) has released an update.
BAIC Motor Corporation Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.13 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD at the rate of 0.1426 per share, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0971. The payment is scheduled for September 5, 2024, following shareholder approval on June 24, 2024, and will be subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders and a 20% tax for resident individual shareholders.
