Azkoyen, S.A. held its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting where they approved the company’s individual and consolidated annual accounts, management reports, and non-financial information statement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The meeting also saw the appointment of new directors, Isabel Zarza García and Ignacio Unceta de la Cruz, and the modification of the Directors’ Remuneration Policy.
