Azkoyen, S.A. has announced changes to its Board of Directors’ Regulations to enhance corporate governance, including the limitation of directorships, adaptation to current laws, and the creation of a new Sustainability Committee. These updates are designed to align with the Good Governance Code and will be registered and published following legal requirements. The newly established Sustainability Committee, chaired by Mrs. Ana Ruiz Lafita, will focus on environmental, social, and governance issues.
