Avon Protection PLC has reported a change in major holdings following an acquisition or disposal of voting rights by Schroders Plc, with the total voting rights now being 4.885589%. The threshold was crossed on May 29, 2024, and Avon was notified the next day. Schroders Plc’s previous holding was a slightly higher 5.125078% in the UK-based protective equipment company.
