Aura Minerals (TSE:ORA) has released an update.
Aura Minerals announces the approval of revised terms for Aura Almas Mineração S.A.’s second issue of simple debentures, doubling the total amount to BRL 1 billion. The funds raised will support the company’s liquidity, allow for the redemption of previous debentures, and settle other debts. The offering is aimed exclusively at professional investors and will mature in six years.
