Aura Minerals has announced that Bluestone Resources’ securityholders have overwhelmingly approved Aura’s acquisition of Bluestone. Shareholders can choose between cash or Aura shares as compensation, with an option for additional contingent payments. The transaction is pending final court approval, with closure expected in January 2025.
