Aura Minerals Adjusts Long-Term Production Plans

Story Highlights

Aura Minerals (TSE:ORA) has released an update.

Aura Minerals Inc. has updated its long-term production guidance, announcing the postponement of the Matupá project construction to expand its understanding of the project’s potential after recent mining rights acquisitions. The company retracts its goal to produce 450,000 ounces of gold equivalent annually by the end of 2025, with plans to not just meet but exceed this target in the future. Aura also continues to focus on increasing productivity at existing assets, such as the Almas mine, and progressing with the Borborema project set to commence production in early 2025.
