AuKing Mining Sells Manyoni Licences to Moab Minerals

AuKing Mining Ltd (AU:AKN) has released an update.

AuKing Mining Ltd has decided to sell its remaining non-core Prospecting Licences at Manyoni in Tanzania to Moab Minerals Ltd for A$175,000. This decision follows unsuccessful attempts to recover two key revoked licences and reflects AuKing’s strategy to focus on its promising Mkuju uranium project in southern Tanzania. The sale is conditional on due diligence and various approvals, but the company remains committed to advancing its Mkuju interests.
