Atlantic Lithium Limited has announced the allotment of 1,402,492 performance rights to key employees as part of its Rights Plan, aimed at advancing Ghana’s first lithium mine, the Ewoyaa Lithium Project. These rights will vest based on performance conditions and continued employment through July 2026. The initiative underscores the company’s effort to incentivize its workforce and align employee interests with the company’s growth targets.
