Ashoka WhiteOak Emerging Markets Trust Plc has expanded its share capital by issuing 50,000 new ordinary shares at a premium price of 114.4 pence each, surpassing their current net asset value. This issuance increases the company’s total issued share capital to 32,881,795 shares, all carrying voting rights.
