Ascential PLC has announced the issuance of 300 free share awards to each of its Executive Directors, Philip Thomas and Mandy Gradden, under the company’s Share Incentive Plan (SIP). The award aligns with the Remuneration Policy approved in 2023 and will be detailed in the upcoming Directors’ Remuneration Report. This grant, which is part of a program extending to all eligible employees, emphasizes the company’s commitment to aligning the interests of its leadership with those of its shareholders.
