Ascential plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 10,341 of its Ordinary Shares within prices ranging from 349.40 to 350.00 GBp, with the intention of canceling the acquired shares. This move leaves the company with 203,675,121 Ordinary Shares in issue and an equal number of voting rights. The share buyback forms part of a previously announced program aimed at optimizing shareholder value.
