Ascential (GB:ASCL) has released an update.
Ascential plc has actively pursued its share buyback program, purchasing 125,000 of its Ordinary Shares on June 25, 2024, at prices ranging from 336 to 340 GBp per share. These shares will be subsequently cancelled, which will result in the total number of remaining shares in issue being 204,237,612, all of which carry voting rights. This latest move in the share buyback program is part of Ascential’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital effectively.
