Ascential (GB:ASCL) has released an update.
Ascential plc has actively proceeded with its share buyback program by purchasing 112,395 of its Ordinary Shares on June 24, 2024, at prices ranging from 336.50 to 340.00 GBp per share. These shares are to be cancelled, thereby reducing the total number of shares in issue to 204,362,612, which also represents the total voting rights. The transaction aligns with the company’s previously announced plans to manage its share capital effectively.
