Ascential (GB:ASCL) has released an update.
Ascential plc has actively executed its share buyback program by purchasing 150,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 333.00 to 339.50 GBp per share. These shares are set to be cancelled, reducing the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 204,087,612 and thus also the total voting rights. The move aligns with the company’s previously announced plans and provides the figures shareholders need to monitor changes in their stake.
