Ascential plc has actively executed its share buyback programme, purchasing 125,982 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 336.50 to 339.50 GBp per share, with an average price of 337.96 GBp. These shares will be cancelled, resulting in a new total of 204,588,736 Ordinary Shares in issue and an equivalent number of voting rights. This is a continuation of the company’s strategy to enhance shareholder value, as outlined in previous announcements.
