Ascential (GB:ASCL) has released an update.
Ascential plc has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 150,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 336 to 341 GBp per share, with the average price being 338.31 GBp. These shares will be subsequently cancelled, leaving the company with 204,826,792 Ordinary Shares in issue and the same amount of total voting rights. The buyback is part of an ongoing programme previously announced and updated by the company.
