Ascential (GB:ASCL) has released an update.
Ascential plc has executed a share buyback programme, purchasing 112,074 of its own Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 337.50 to 340.50 GBp per share, with a volume weighted average price of 339.64 GBp. Following the buyback, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 204,714,718, all of which carry voting rights. This move is in line with the company’s previously announced intentions and forms part of their ongoing efforts to manage their capital effectively.
