Ascential plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 125,000 of its Ordinary 1.7p Shares at prices ranging from 337.50 to 345.00 GBp per share. Following the buyback, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 203,862,612, with the same number representing the total voting rights. These actions align with the company’s previously announced financial strategies and shareholder value enhancement plans.
