Argyle Resources Corp. has successfully completed two non-brokered private placement offerings, raising a total of $2,135,650 to fund various corporate activities, including exploration programs and general working capital. The offerings included over 3.5 million units at $0.35 each, and 2.2 million flow-through units at $0.40 each, with each unit comprising a share and a purchase warrant.
