Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. successfully held its Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on April 26, 2024, where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the endorsement of the previous year’s financial statements and the appointment of Ernst & Young as independent auditors for the current fiscal year. Additionally, the meeting saw the election of three Class I Directors to the Board, set to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting.
