Sigma Healthcare Ltd (AU:SIG) has released an update.

Apollo Global Management, Inc. and its affiliated entities have officially ceased to be a substantial holder in Sigma Healthcare Ltd as of September 9, 2024. This change comes after Apollo’s entities lost their relevant interest in 104,014,251 ordinary shares, marking a significant shift in the company’s shareholder landscape. No consideration was given in relation to this change, as it was deemed a relevant interest only.
