Standard Life Investments Property Income (GB:API) has released an update.
abrdn Property Income Trust has successfully sold two assets for a total of £13.2 million, slightly above their December 2023 valuations. The sales include an industrial unit in Hebburn and a multi-let industrial estate in Bristol, with proceeds aimed at reducing the company’s credit facility debt. These strategic disposals are a part of API’s ongoing asset management plan and reflect the company’s ability to realize investments at favorable prices.
