AML3D Director’s Major Share Acquisition

AML3D Ltd (AU:AL3) has released an update.

AML3D Limited has announced a significant change in Director Peter Siebels’ interests, with the acquisition of 2,000,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares at $0.05 per share, held indirectly through Maybloom Investments Pty Ltd. The transaction, which occurred on 6 August 2024 and resulted in Siebels holding the same number of shares and options as before, was part of a Director Placement Shares issue approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 17 July 2024.
