AEX Gold, Inc. (TSE:AMRQ) has released an update.
Amaroq Minerals Ltd., a mine development company focusing on gold and strategic mineral assets in Southern Greenland, has announced the successful election of Sander Grieve as an independent Non-Executive Director and the approval of all proposed resolutions at its AGM. Shareholders showed strong support with majority votes in favor of the director elections and corporate plans. The company, aiming to commence production at the Nalunaq Gold mine by the end of 2024, also confirmed the appointment of Line Frederiksen to the Board of Directors.
