AEX Gold, Inc. (TSE:AMRQ) has released an update.
Amaroq Minerals Ltd. has reported that Livermore Partners LLC, managed by Non-Executive Director David Neuhauser, has increased its stake in the company, acquiring 37,900 additional shares. This transaction raises Neuhauser’s indirect ownership to 4.45% of Amaroq Minerals, with a total of 14,579,124 shares. The shares were purchased on the TSXV at an average price of CAD$ 1.11, across two separate transactions.
