AJ Bell Executives Sell Company Shares

AJ BELL PLC (GB:AJB) has released an update.

AJ Bell PLC has reported that Liz Carrington, the HR Director, and Nick Carrington, a closely associated person, each sold 18,000 of the company’s ordinary shares at prices slightly above £4.35 per share on August 30, 2024. Post-transaction, Liz Carrington retains a stake of 0.131% in the company, holding 540,207 ordinary shares. These transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange and are in compliance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
