Adslot Ltd has reported a significant increase in the holdings of director Sarah Morgan, following her participation in the company’s entitlement offer and underwriting arrangement. As of 15 July 2024, Morgan has acquired over 70 million ordinary shares at a nominal value of $0.001 each, boosting her total holdings in the company substantially. The transaction did not involve any disposal of securities and took place outside of the company’s closed period, requiring no prior written clearance.
