Adherium Ltd. (AU:ADR) has released an update.

Bruce McHarrie, a director at Adherium Limited, has increased his stake in the company through a subscription to a non-renounceable rights entitlement in April 2024. The transaction saw McHarrie’s indirect interest double to 370,320 fully paid ordinary shares and 185,160 unlisted options exercisable at 3 cents, expiring on 30 June 2025. No interests in securities were traded during a closed period, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
