The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) has emerged as a substantial shareholder in AFT Pharmaceuticals Ltd, acquiring a total of 6.047% of the company’s shares. This position was reached after ACC’s aggregated on-market transactions, which included the purchase of 1,152,018 shares for a total consideration of NZD $2,995,246.80 between January and May 2024.
