Kerry Properties Ltd. (683:HK) (KRYPY) PT Lowered to HK$14.70 at HSBC on lower estimatesThe analyst commented: "Maintain Hold with lower target price of HKD14.70 (from HKD15.60). We lower our earnings estimates by 6.0% for 2024e and by 7.1% for 2025e mainly due to lower property sales assumption. Our revised target price reflects our unchanged target discount of 60% applied to our revised NAV estimate of HKD36.60/sh (from HKD39.10/sh). Upside risks include stronger than-expected property sales in its luxurious residential projects in Hong Kong. Downside risks include sales slippage in its residential projects in mainland China and weaker-than-expected recovery in its commercial complexes."
