Ariadne Australia Ltd is an investment company with operations in Australia and New Zealand. It has three reportable segments. The investment division comprises the group's investments in securities. The car parking division, which is the key revenue driver, includes gross revenues and expenses from car park leases owned by the group up to the date of termination or surrender. The property division includes all results derived from property and marina assets held by the group, either directly or through joint venture entities or joint venture operations.
