Commercial and Diversification Revenue Growth
Commercial revenues grew 17% and diversification revenues increased 27%, driven by restaurants, VIP lounges, parking, and OMA Carga, which saw a 32% increase.
Adjusted EBITDA Margin
OMA's third quarter adjusted EBITDA reached MXN 2.4 billion with a margin of 75.4%, which would have been 78.4% excluding the surplus of concession tax.
