Q3 revenue growth was 12%, with subscription revenue representing 98% of the total. Non-GAAP operating income reached $27.7 million, representing a non-GAAP operating income margin of 17%, an 800-basis point improvement from the prior year period.
Growth in Security ARR
Security ARR reached $152 million, representing growth of 26% year-over-year. Security represented 24% of Jamf's total ARR in Q3, up from 23% in Q2.
New Strategic Partnerships
Entered into a 5-year agreement with Microsoft as part of the ISV Partner Program and joined the Okta Elevate Partner Program to enhance cloud identity solutions for Apple devices.
Successful Product Launches
Launched the Jamf Partner Hub and new Partner Program, as well as a mobile security SKU, which was one of the most successful product launches.
Improved Margins and Cost Efficiency
Q3 non-GAAP gross profit margin was 82%, and non-GAAP operating income margin improved by 800 basis points over Q3 2023. Decreased sales and marketing expense and G&A expense as a percent of total revenue.
