                  Bosideng International Holdings Limited

                  Bosideng International Holdings Ltd. is engaged in the research, design and development, raw materials procurement, outsourced manufacturing, marketing and distribution of apparel products. It operates through the following segments: Down Apparels, Original Equipment Manufacturing Management, Ladieswear Apparels, and Diversified Apparels. The Down Apparels segment sources and distributes branded down apparels. The Original Equipment Manufacturing segment supplies original equipment manufacturing products. The Ladieswear Apparels segment carries on the business of sourcing and distributing ladieswear products. The Diversified Apparels segment distributes non-seasonal apparels, including branded menswear, underwear and causal wear. The company was founded on July 10, 2006 and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
