Vera Bradley (VRA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Vera Bradley, Inc. has elected Jessica Rodriguez, a media industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, to its Board of Directors. Rodriguez’s career includes significant roles at Univision Communications, Inc., culminating as its President of Entertainment and Chief Brand Officer. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Burlington Stores, Inc. As part of her directorship at Vera Bradley, Rodriguez will receive compensation in line with the company’s established practices for non-employee directors.
