Jefferies upgraded Zoom Communications (ZM) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $100, up from $85. The firm is “more constructive” into 2025 saying Zoom’s artificial intelligence monetization could drive a revenue growth acceleration. The company is embedding itself in more enterprise workflows beyond communications and expectations for fiscal 2026 are reasonable, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Jefferies believes any one of these items could drive a re-rating of the shares.
