YouTube plans to introduce a lower-priced version of its paid video service, which will offer its library of podcasts and how-to clips without advertisements, Ashley Carman of Bloomberg reports. The package, currently dubbed “premium lite,” will soon be announced in US, Australia, Germany, and Thailand, a person familiar with the plans told Bloomberg.
