Stifel analyst Jim Duffy lowered the firm’s price target on Yeti to $41 from $43 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. While Drinkware and International accelerated in Q4, revenue and earnings missed due to surprised weakness in coolers, the analyst tells investors. While Stifel remains impressed with the company’s brand management and operating discipline, the main “hold-up” is related to the suggestion of domestic market saturation and valuation.
